プログラムの導入戦略の促進要因と阻害要因を明らかにすることを目的とした。調査はノルウェーの精神保健福祉システムに関わる国レベル、精神保健医療福祉センターレベル、コミューンレベルの機関を対象に、プログラム導入過程に焦点をあてて半構造化面接を実施し、結果を質的内容分析した。その結果、プログラム導入の阻害要因として組織の管理職や他職種から一定の抵抗があげられた。プログラム導入の促進要因としては、実践家のみならず、組織の管理職や地域全体への直接的な働きかけ等多層的で戦略的な働きかけがあげられた。実践家への事前研修、継続的なスーパービジョン、配布資料の翻訳提供等は促進要因となり、また、プログラムに参加した利用者の変化が目に見える形で関係者に理解されると、機関の他職種等の拒否や抵抗も薄まっていくことが窺えた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"ルーテル学院"},{"subitem_publisher":"Japan
