| 内容記述 | 本研究は,英国のコミュニティワークの実践と専門領域形成の歴史を時代区分に沿ってたどり,その到達点と課題を考察したものである。先行研究と福祉政策の動向や教育・訓練の発展過程を参考に検討したうえで,(1)源流,(2)萌芽期,(3)理論形成期,(4)発展期,(5)転換期,(6)拡充期という区分を設定し,実践および専門職としての取り組みを整理した。 理論研究や教育・訓練については主としてソーシャルワークと社会教育の領域において研究,教育・訓練が実施されてきたが,その枠を超えてひとつの専門領域として体系的な教育・訓練および資格付与のシステムの構築への過程が確認された。また実践面では政策・思想の影響による変化がみられ,近年では福祉サービスの多元化や地域再生事業の補助金配分方法の変化により,コミュニティワーカーの不安定雇用が課題であることが明らかとなった。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this article is to trace the history of community work practice and the formation process of community work as a professional discipline in the context of British social policy. The article is divided into six historical phases: (1) the origin of community work, (2) the embryonic period of community work, (3) the formative period of community work theory, (4) the developing period of community work practice and theory, (5) the transition stage of community practice, and (6) the period of improvement and enhancement of professionalism.The development of community work theory, education and training was provided mainly in the fields of social work and education, but a process leading to the formulation of a single structure that provided systematic research, education, and training as a field of specialization that transcended socialwork and education was recognized. Also, in terms of community work practice, changes due to the impact of policies and ideology can be seen, and unstable employment, due to changes in the distribution of aid for local regeneration projects and the diversity of social services in recent years, is still a problem. | |||||||
