本研究は、SFRT を用いた事例検討会の効果と課題について、インタビューの分析を基に検討したものである。SFRT を用いた事例検討会へ 2 回以上参加した 4 名を対象に半構造化インタビューを実施し、語りの共通性や特異性を分析した。結果、参加者が「安全」、「安心」を感じ、事例発表者として「肯定され」、「支え」になったこと、サポーターとして「興味深く」、「面白い」時間になったこと、一方、「戸惑い」や、「不全感」を感じる参加者もいたことなどが示された。以上から、SFRT を用いた事例検討会の効果として、①参加者の安全、安心を高める点、②参加者のエンパワメントを促進する点、③参加者に新しい学びを提供する点を考察した。また、効果の要因として SFRT を用いた事例検討会の特徴を検討し、事例検討の進め方が構造化されている点や、肯定の時間や提案の時間などが組み込まれている点などを挙げた。最後に本研究の意義と課題が示された。 |

This study examined the effectiveness and challenges of case conferences using Solution Focused Reflecting Teams (SFRT). Semi-structured interviews were conducted with four participants who had attended SFR T case conferences provided by our team at least twice, and the commonalities and idiosyncrasies of their narratives were analyzed. The results showed that participants felt "safe" and "secure," that they were "affirmed" and "supported" as case study presenters, that they had an "interesting" and "inspiring" time as supporters, while some participants felt "confused" and "inadequate.” These results suggest that SFRT case conferences are effective in: (1) increasing participants' feelings of safety and security, (2) empowering participants, and (3) providing new learning opportunities for participants. Factors contributing to these results included the SFRT’s structured way of conducting case conferences, especially the affirmation and suggestions phases. The significance and challenges of this study were also discussed for future research. |
