| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、児童虐待の重症度のレベル判断と個人・組織要因の関連を明らかにし、判断への影響要因について考察することである。2019 年2 月～ 3 月、東北地区のスクールソーシャルワーカー（SSWer）を対象に虐待4 類型ごとのビネットを用いた質問紙法による量的調査を実施した（回収数101 通、回収率32.5％）。重症度のレベル判断を従属変数、個人要因（年代、SSWer としての虐待事例担当経験、ソーシャルワーカーとしての虐待事例担当経験、要保護児童対策地域協議会の実務者会議・個別ケース検討会議参加の有無、社会福祉士資格・教員免許の有無）と組織要因（配属形態）を独立変数としたロジスティック回帰分析を行った。分析の結果、個人要因の影響はビネットにより異なり、組織要因は重症度のレベル判断に影響はなかった。個人により重症度のレベル判断は異なるとの前提に立ち、様々な立場の複数の人で包括的に判断することが重要であることが示唆された。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study was to examine associations among judgement on severity levels in cases of child abuse and neglect, as well as factors at the individual level and organization level. The questionnaires containing vignettes of 4 types of abuse and neglect were mailed to School Social Workers (SSWer) in the Tohoku District. Responses from 101 SSWers (32.5%) were returned from February to March in 2019. A logistic regression analysis was conducted with judgement on severity level as the dependent variable, and age, experience of abuse case as SSWer and social worker, par ticipation of the Regional Council for Children, Certified Social Worker, teacher’s license, status of assignment as the independent variables. As a result of the analysis, factors influencing judgement on severity level at individual levels were different from vignette to vignette. There was no correlation between judgement on severity level and factors at the organization level. These results suggest that the comprehensive judgement among various professionals is important based on the assumption that judgement on severity level is different at the individual level. | |||||||
