| 内容記述 | 本研究は、小地域福祉活動に参加する住民の集団としての効力感、すなわち、小地域福祉活動に参加する住民が、日本の地域福祉課題に取り組み「できそうな度合い」を尺度化し、活動分野や活動頻度との関係性を明らかにすることを目的に実施した。尺度は米国で開発された住民のOrganizational Collective Efficacy scale を基にした。 調査は、小地域福祉活動に参加する住民192 名より回答を得た。クロンバックのα係数は0.79 であり、因子分析の結果、6 項目からなる「見守り・助け合い」と３項目からなる「声かけ支援」2 因子構造となり、尺度の信頼性、妥当性の検証がなされたと判断した。住民の集団としての効力感と小地域福祉活動団体の活動分野との関係性をみたところ、「福祉全般系」が「児童系」よりも住民の集団としての効力感が有意に高かった。活動頻度の違いでは、尺度得点に有意差はみられなかったが、個々の項目では「子どもがベランダで裸足で立たされていた」で高い頻度で活動している住民のほうが集団としての効力感が有意に高かった。 In this study, the Collective Efficacy of residents participating in neighborhood mutual-help activity groups—the degree to which the residents feel that the group they belong to are able to tackle Japan's community-based welfare issues—was scaled. The relationships between the Collective Efficacy and the activity frequency for various activity fields were analyzed. The scale was developed based on the Organizational Collective Efficacy scale of residents in the United Staes. A total of 192 residents participating in neighborhood mutual-help activities answered the questionnaire.Cronbach’s Coefficient Alpha was 0.79, and as a result of the factor analysis, the scale consisted of two factors: 6items "watching / helping each other" and 3 items "vocal support". The reliability and validity of the scale were verified. Looking at the relationship between the Collective Efficacy of residents participating in neighborhood mutual-help activities and the activity fields of the neighborhood mutual-help activity groups, those residents who belong to the groups whose activity encompass overall fields had significantly more collective efficacy than those belonging to the groups for whom the activity focuses on children's issues. On the other hand, no significant difference was found in activity frequency. However, for the item"children were standing barefoot on the balcony", the residents who were active with a higher frequency scored a significantly higher collective efficacy. |
